Amos Wood took on the challenge of turning this Agricola street home into a mixed used building. The downstairs area was turned into a showroom for their various wood products while upstairs was transformed into a beautiful apartment with street views. This full rehab renovation entailed just about every aspect you can imagine. From new plumbing, electrical and super insulation, to custom millwork and exterior cladding and decks, every surface of the structure was updated. The design was done in house.
