The Bauer Street home renovation consisted of a kitchen makeover and updates to three bathrooms. For starters, extensive rewiring was done throughout most of the home. The original wide plank Douglas Fir floors were stripped of decades of paint and once back to bare wood, we applied a new clear coat finish. The old trim and casings were replicated to maintain the vintage vibe. In the kitchen we installed new millwork with a glaze finish with a hand hammered copper farmhouse sink as the centre piece.
